At our Main Meeting President Jim Sanders and Pat Wilks demonstrate the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101.
The large screen is showing the Android Market website. The LCD screen has the Transformer’s screen. The tablet has a mini-HDMI part as well as a Micro SD port.
The tablet price can be as low as $400.
This tablet also has an optional keyboard/docking port that includes 2 USB ports and a SD card reader port. Base price for the keyboard/docking port is $159.99.
As a photographer the Tablet w/keyboard could be a useful tool in the field. But a cursory scan of the products at the Android Market website wasn’t promising. Apps sell hardware. No apps no hardware.
