Student Matthew Shaffer Receives A Grant From NOCCC

Chapman University student Matthew Shaffer receives a NOCCC grant form President Jim Sanders. Matthew was one of two students to receive grants from NOCCC.

Chapman student Erin Bela, received her NOCCC grant at the December 2010 meeting.
